Vision & Purpose – Michael Boyett
- Purpose: Build a competitive program for ALLB/AISD ball players
- Team Goals: Create a competitive team culture and strong work ethic. One unit!
- Program Understanding: We are a hybrid model. Half Select/Half League. The goal is to bridge the Little League Community with the High School Community. A year-round Baseball Program designed to build a more competitive Spring Baseball program that represents the City of Alvin well in the annual District Little League All-Star Tournaments. And create a fluid transition from Little League to their High School Programs.
  We have a very large community of players, and we want to provide the best program possible right here at home, in our local community.
ALLB & Swarm Connection – Michael Boyett
- The Swarm Baseball Program is designed to maintain and keep ALLB players and coaches connected to the Alvin Little League community. As a condition of participating with Swarm Baseball, there is a commitment from players and parents/guardians to register and return to play in Alvin Little League for the Spring 2027 season. Rare exceptions can be approved in writing by the Manager and/or Swarm Director due to relocation, injury, medical issue, or another significant circumstance.

- With the Swarm Baseball Organization consisting of ALLB players, we can utilize the facilities with an agreement with ALLB. ALLB will be passing through some of their costs to our organization during the times we are utilizing the park. Even with these pass-through costs, we are able to operate at a very reasonable cost for each player.
Monthly Dues, Fundraising, & Additional Costs – Stefan Rodriguez
- Monthly Dues
  - Will average $75-$100/month

    - Facility/Field Usage
    - Player Insurance
    - Professional Practice Clinics
    - Baseballs
    - Light Usage
  - Processed through swarmbaseball.org website, not through each team

- We know you want the best for their player, but you also cherish their time and finances and care about quality of family life. We keep this in mind as we continue to build the program. We keep it all local at our facility, and better quality.

  Every coach and parent is an ambassador for the Swarm Baseball Organization. Whether we’re at practices, games, tournaments, or interacting on social media, our words and actions reflect on the entire program. We expect everyone to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and professionalism always. The way we treat players, officials, opposing teams, and others helps define our culture and reputation. Let’s work together to create an environment that our players are proud to be a part of and that others respect.
